We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from Elysian Skin. If for any reason you are not entirely satisfied, here is our refund policy:

  1. Return Period
    You have 60 days from the date you receive your order to request a refund or exchange. To qualify under the 45-day trial guarantee, please make sure to take before-and-after images of your results. If no visible improvement is observed within that period, we’ll issue a full refund—no questions asked.

  2. Return Conditions

    • Opened and Used Products:
      We do not offer refunds for opened or tested products, except under the conditions of our 45-day trial guarantee (including required before-and-after images proving no visible improvement). If results are not observed within this period, a full refund will be issued.

      Defective or Damaged Products:
      If you receive a defective or damaged product, we will gladly offer an exchange.

  3. Refund Type

    • Dissatisfaction: If you are not satisfied, we will refund only the amount for the returned product (shipping fees are non-refundable).
    • Defective or Damaged Products: These will be exchanged at no extra cost.
  4. Proof of Purchase
    To initiate a return, you must provide proof of purchase, such as your order number or invoice.

  5. Return Shipping Fees
    Return shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer. You must provide a prepaid return label to send the product back to us.
